Job description

The BMS hardware engineer will work on hardware-related tasks, covering BMS structure design, circuit/PCB drawing, prototype, test, and maintenance.

Your responsibilities:

  • Work on hardware aspects of BMS, such as electrical circuit design, PCB design, components optimization, testing, and improvement …;
  • Identify and locate new BMS requirements from customers;
  • Propose, implement, and test hardware solutions to satisfy new BMS requirements with good quality;
  • Debug hardware issues occurring at stages of BMS development, production, and maintenance;
  • Collaborate with other colleagues (BMS software engineers, mechanical engineers, thermal engineers …) for creative product development.

Your profile:

  • Strong willing and proactive attitude to take challenges related to BMS development for diverse applications, like EV, marine transportation, domestic/industrial battery storage, …;
  • A master’s degree in electrical/electronics engineering, mechanical engineering, control engineering, or equivalent;
  • 1 year experience in BMS development;
  • Skills and knowledge in electrical circuit design, simulation, and test;
  • Skills and knowledge of PCB/EDA design (Altium is an asset) and development;
  • Skills and knowledge of embedded systems development and component optimization;
  • Skills and knowledge of electrical installation and tests;
  • Good communication skills, team player, self-motivated, ability to learn new technologies and knowledge.
