1.Materials optimization and testing solutions
ABEE can provide complete solution from powder/film to cell (200mAh to 1Ah) with sulfide solid electrolyte family with Lithium metal anode and various cathodes (NMC, MeSx etc).
Highlights
- Fabrication will be done inside the Glove box only (100% Argon environment).
- Can be possible to test different anode and cathode active materials.
- Applied pressure / pressure change can be monitored digitally during the entire testing.
- Customization also possible (under some limitation) with respect to customer needs.
2.Modeling solutions
A multi-scale multi-physics model computes the cell performance and lifetime based on electrochemical and physical interactions in a battery cell, at different scales. Such a model can be used for accurately simulating lithium ion battery’s performance for lifetime predictions and optimizing the cell design processes.
3.Infrastructure facilities
ABEE has state of the art battery cell production, characterization and testing facilities with a dedicated Dry room of 150m² at dew point -60°C. These facilities focus on development of new products, cell design optimization, new processing and manufacturing techniques
4.Design services
