Job description
As a HR Officer at Avesta Holding your role will be supporting both team growth and organizational compliance within a fast-growing scale-up environment. This position focuses on employee engagement, ensuring smooth onboarding, guiding staff on labor regulations, and overseeing key HR administrative processes to help drive the company’s mission forward in the expanding battery market.
Key responsibilities
- Informing staff about labor laws and specific organizational features
- Welcoming new employees and facilitating their integration
- Collecting and summarizing staff training needs
- Preparing and updating documents for personnel management and monitoring (social balance sheets, salary tables, vacation planning, etc.)
- Handling disciplinary actions and managing relations with legal authorities (labor inspection, labor courts, etc.)
- Overseeing administrative personnel management: recruitment (sorting resumes, responding to applications, etc.)
- Overseeing administrative personnel management: pension and group insurance
- Tracking and updating individual employee files
- Submitting legal declarations
Required qualifications
- Good knowledge of Dutch and English
- Bachelor’s degree or education in human resources, or relevant experience in the field
- Proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Well-groomed and organized
